GENERAL BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES

Birthday party guests will not be permitted to bring outside pizzas, cake, or beverages into the facility. Customers with dietary restrictions are encouraged to contact us.

All food and beverages must be consumed during the designated party room reservation time; any remaining food must be disposed of or stored outside the facility.

Gifts and party favors may not be stored in the rink at the conclusion of your room reservation time.

All party reservations are required to return the party room to its original condition; rooms that require additional cleaning will be assessed a $50 cleaning fee.

Glitter, piñatas, and confetti are not permitted.
PAYMENT POLICIES

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 non-refundable booking fee.

The remaining balance of your package is due 48 hours before your party time.
CANCELLATION POLIES

Please provide notice of your cancellation at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking to reschedule your reservation. All parties must be rescheduled within a 60-day period.

Cancelled reservations may also be eligible for a full refund (minus the $100 non-refundable booking fee) with at least 48 hours of advance notice.

Reservations that provide less than 48 hours notice are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded.
